LOW IMPACT AEROBICS - This class is a great option for our senior participants, with exercises designed to improve stability, strengthen bone density, and slow down the loss of muscle mass. 60 minutes.
AQUA AEROBICS – 45 minutes. Great water-based exercise class non-impact. The natural buoyancy of the water reduces weight-bearing stress, allowing a greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints, and muscles. All fitness levels, great for those with injuries or recovery.
SPIN – A coordination free zone – get maximum results super-fast! Great for all fitness levels. 60 minutes.
PUMP - 60 minute addictive workout that shapes, tones, and strengthens your entire body challenging all major muscle groups.
HIIT – This high volume/ low resistance workout has short rest intervals and is primarily focused on improving muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all Fitness levels. 30-45 minutes
B.A.T – Butt, Abs and Thighs will tighten and tone your lower half. Suitable for all fitness levels. 45-60 minutes.PILATES – A Low impact workout focusing on muscular strength and endurance. Pilates emphasizes on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Watch your stability and balance improve, whilst toning your body. 45-60 minutes.
